- Personal data that I collect from you via any contact forms or personal meetings will be maintained in a locked filing cabinet and / or on password protected documents.
- By offering your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. I will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

- To maintain records of personal information pertinent to ongoing treatment.
- To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and me.
- To ensure continuity of treatment and / or notify you in the event of the need for treatment to be unexpectedly interrupted or terminated.

- I may discuss your treatment in the confidential space of supervised practice.

- in the event of concerns about the likelihood of potential harm to self or others
- in order to fulfil my obligation to maintain a professional will (a document that leaves instructions to ensure the maintenance of care in the event of sudden incapacity to work)
- in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our contract
